Yangtze River Adventure

Source as indicated on Operational Navigation Chart 1:1,000,000 H-10 based on satellite mapping. Each tick is a mile. Blue x is where we started. This source was the one deemed by all officials in 1986 as the real source, whatever that means. Some have tried to claim that the next tributary west of Tuotuoheyen is the more likely choice, but a study of the Operational Navigation Chart 1:1,000,000 H-10, the largest scale I can find, shows it is shorter in miles and is really just a side river coming in below the source, a few miles below base camp. So does it matter? We did what we did, and that is enough, except to those who wish to diminish it from their armchairs.
